The foundations of the Asterix business emerged with project insights developed in mining and LNG infrastructure construction, Government and Defence technology development programs and major organisational transformations in Financial Services. After a decade of portfolio, program and project management experience, Asterix launched as a premium program management consultancy business in the summer of 2017.

Within the first quarter of establishment, Asterix successfully engaged with the NSW Government to provide consultancy services for one of Sydney’s key road infrastructure programs. The Asterix team focussed on the program shortfalls with the provision and implementation of practical and tangible solutions, shifting program status and improving performance. As a result, Asterix received a strong industry response with high levels of client satisfaction and confidence.

Asterix prides itself on its niche specialisation, understanding the needs of strong organisational portfolio management through to the requirements and thresholds of projects being undertaken. Our multi industry experience enables our management consultants to provide capability and support to organisations intent on achieving their goals.

Asterix Management

Alex Trezise

Managing Director

Alex is the founder of Asterix Program Management Services with over 18 years’ experience across management consulting, construction, financial services, government, resources and technology sectors. Over the past 10 years, Alex has delivered on 14 major programs of work and fulfilled multiple roles in portfolio, program and project management.

He graduated from Curtin Graduate School of Business with an MBA double major in Business and Project Management and obtained certifications in Portfolio Management, Program and Project Management. Alex has also fulfilled an international Portfolio Investments internship in Europe and a Diploma of Engineering.

Alex is driven in providing best practice consulting methodologies from organisational strategy to delivery. Alex ensures his team are able to perform to their best strengths for Asterix clients while fostering a positive high-performance culture of professionalism and excellence.

Phil Braccia

Director - Operations and Service Delivery

Philip is a professional in the project services industry focusing on energy, mining and geospatial projects. With over 7 years’ experience in project management, business development and leadership, his skills are addressing and managing stakeholder requirements, with a key focus on delivery and compliance.

Philip completed his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Curtin University with key areas of learning in change management, organisational design and team leadership. With experience in driving change management initiatives throughout organisations, Philip has helped businesses develop and improve their project delivery and internal processes. 

In the digital age businesses face new unique challenges that requires a cultural and structural change within their organisation. Philip’s passions involve the development and implementation of new strategic initiatives throughout large multinational organisations, with a focus on new technologies and digital transformations.
