Federal Healthcare EPMO Transformation, 2022

In delivering greater access to healthcare via technology services to all Australians, a major federal health agency reached out to Asterix to support the acquisition and project management of the Agency’s new enterprise portfolio and project management (EPPM) software.

Pleased with the results achieved through stakeholder engagement, business case and procurement of a suitable technology vendor, Asterix achieved an extension of works which assisted in the configuration of the product with a successful deployment and adoption across the organisation.
