Program Management - ICT Sustainable Infrastructure Program (ISIP2)

Asterix led a $125M whole-of-government ICT program, delivering a common platform suite and governance for reusable technology processes. The initiative digitised and migrated documents, court records, and multimedia to enhance ethical information management and accessibility.

Asterix defined program scope, strategy, and investment priorities, developed the Program Management Plan, and conducted dependency and sequencing workshops to optimise delivery and risk management. Governance forums, sponsor meetings, and structured decision-making processes were established, while coordination with analysts, PMO teams, product owners, and technical directors ensured alignment of business, technical, and delivery objectives across the agency.
