Easing Sydney’s Congestion (ESC) Program
Roads and Maritime Services was tasked with a political mandate to address and expand Sydney’s urban road networks by widening existing laneways to reduce traffic congestion.
Asterix was awarded its first contract to provide program controls and integrated planning services to develop and track a concentrated scale program of road projects which included traffic modelling, several government and utilities organisations, community stakeholder engagement, construction and open to traffic announcements.
