The requirement to establish and lead ten teams across Montreal, Brisbane, Perth, and Mongolia to implement process automations with a major tier 1 vendor and achieve target efficiencies in time consuming processes.
Asterix achieved a major cultural transformation with a high-performance culture including over 120 team members consisting of internal staff and external partners via a Scaled Agile and DevOps delivery model. The result was major achievements in team performance visibility, large scale enterprise optimisation and annual savings target achievements.
