An Australian start up Technology firm requested Asterix’s expertise to establish the organisations first Program Management system, through setting up a Project Management Office (PMO) and introducing the concepts of project management through coaching and mentoring in the application of scrum and waterfall; the Technology firm achieved greater efficiency in financial expenditure, organisational performance and project delivery, including a successful New Zealand expansion.
