Transport PMO Maturity Enhancement

Transport NSW experienced unprecedented expansion with key infrastructure investments approved to upgrade major metropolitan and rural road networks. The challenge existed across multiple Project Management Offices to establish, manage and communicate their projects in a consistent manner.

Asterix was awarded Business Analysis services to the agency which delivered requirements analysis, system design tracing to lift the organisations cultural, process and technological capabilities. Since the maturity enhancement, Transport NSW set new benchmarks and achieved desired organisational outcomes.
