As described in the Australian Defence First Principals Review, capability development and benefits realisation has been identified as an area of organisational growth to make structural improvements, improve procurement processes to ensure best return on investment with respect to assets/capabilities before acquisition and sustainability throughout the life of the asset/ capability platform.
In bringing our practical solutions to the Department of Defence, Asterix supported the ADF CIOG in house support to deliver improved approaches in program interface management, lifecycle governance and benefits realisation analysis across its key Data Division initiatives to help to establish new Enterprise Portfolio Governance model.
