Project Management Office (PMO) Governance Establishment

Australian software start-up Sonder engaged Asterix for a Program Manager to establish its first Project Management Office (PMO) and introduce structured project management practices, providing coaching and mentoring across Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
