Wadalba Community School Project Planning Service

Under COVID-19 restrictions, Asterix was engaged remotely to develop an integrated master schedule to support a local public school’s application for critical funding to deliver demolition, construction, and refurbishment works.

Through rapid review of design documentation and proposed milestones, Asterix produced a highly detailed, Treasury-compliant plan that aligned within governance requirements and received strong industry feedback. This contributed to the successful award of funding for the project.
