Integrated Program Planning Manager – AIR5077 5A Wedgetail Project

To enhance the capability and systems of the Royal Australian Air Force’s Wedgetail fleet, Asterix was engaged to lead program planning management and take ownership of a critical upgrade release, supporting improvements to Boeing Defence Australia’s program schedule. Working within defence systems and strict governance frameworks, Asterix strengthened schedule integrity, reduced delays, and improved forecasting accuracy.

Through effective cross-national collaboration between Australian and US teams, Asterix helped rebuild program schedule logic through commercial and technical stakeholder relationships and restore delivery confidence, earning strong recognition from the Program Manager.
