Wedgetail Program
In lifting the capability and systems of the Royal Australian Air Force’s fleet of Wedgetail aircraft. Asterix was engaged to review and take ownership of a critical upgrade release of updates to boost Boeing Defence Australia’s Wedgetail program schedule. This included using defence systems and following strict governance procedures to make a positive impact to enable milestones to be achieved with reduced delay and improved forecasting measures. Asterix gained verbal praise from the Program Manager in its cross national working between US and Australian teams to rebuild schedule logic and give the program increased certainty in delivery of its program mission.
